Workforce Pipeline

Meet the Workforce Pipeline Project, an in-progress endeavor to research and propose an interactive solution towards bridging high school education and college and career preparedness in Allegheny County.

How might we help local government, businesses, high school educators, and high school students better communicate about future-facing career pathways? As a 2017 Social Innovation Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University, I am collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of Master's students to research and prototype solutions for the Workforce Pipeline problem in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This four month-long project is focusing on field research and ideation of solutions. This project is still ongoing, so please stay tuned for updates!
